Slow Flow Yoga | Vinyasa Slow Flow Yoga is a smooth way of practicing yoga where poses run together and become like a dance. The breath is an important component of the practice as the teacher instructs students to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Slow Flow yoga is perfect for beginners to become familiar with yoga postures. It’s also a wonderful practice for intermediate to advanced students to slow down and deepen their practice. In Slow Flow expect a focus on proper alignment and positioning with deeper attention paid to the foundation of your yoga practice, as you use your breath to guide you in and out of yoga poses.

Vinyasa Yoga| In Vinyasa Yoga the movement and breath are linked together to create a rhythm and flow. Each posture builds from one to the next with the pace of the breathe. This synchronized flow of movement creates balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. You will leave class feeling balanced and energized physically as well as mentally.

Power Vinyasa Yoga| A more vigorous and challenging Vinyasa class, fast paced and sweat-inducing.

Yoga Nidra| is a yoga practice where the instructor leads a guided relaxation/meditation while the students rest in savasana. You will be guided through a conscious physical, mental and emotional relaxation. All that is required is to lie down and listen. It is a systematic method of complete relaxation and peace, not only for the physical body, but also for the deeper emotional and mental systems.  Yoga Nidra will bring you to a place of deep calm, quiet and clarity by releasing tension and stress and allowing you to live fully.
